SUPER-SERIES CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING PLUS STRENGTH.
Pump up your heart rate with this cardio and strength-toning workout routine.
In today’s training, we will focus on burning calories, training all muscle groups and adding a routine of cardio exercises, which will make us break a sweat.
To do this, we have carried out a routine of 5 exercises to work all the muscle groups of the upper body and 5 exercises of cardiovascular work and lower body with the help of a rope and some stairs.
Muscles to work: Pectoral, Back, Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps, Leg.
The objective after this training is to increase the resistance of our aerobic capacity, adding to it a routine of toning strength with weights.
The work mode will be 4 complete series, and instead of doing the exercises with repetitions, we are going to do it with time intervals. Depending on your level, it will be as follows:
- Started: 20 ”of exercise / 20” of rest
- Medium: 30 ”of exercise / 15” of rest.
- Advanced: 40 ”of exercise / 10” of rest.
We will rest 1 min at the end of each series.
We will alternate, as is in the video, cardio routine plus toning routine, trying to improve each day in training until we reach the advanced level. Also increasing the load of weights.
To achieve a visible progression, it is advisable to repeat the routine three times a week.
It is advisable to stretch the muscles involved at the end of the session.
